7. SMS Terms of Service

Program description. Bennett Wyche offers an SMS text-messaging program through which individuals who opt in may receive recurring messages including appointment and scheduling reminders, account and conversation notifications, and occasional updates. Messages are sent by or on behalf of Bennett Wyche using our messaging provider (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector).

Opt-in method. You may enroll by submitting your mobile number and providing express written consent through our opt-in form located at https://bennettwyche.com/sms-signup. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the program.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out (STOP). You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and be the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number provided.

Privacy of opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services (such as customer service or messaging delivery) is permitted. All other categories of data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
